The HND Mechanical Manufacturing (MEM) is a two-year higher technical education program offered by universities and institutes of technology under the Ministry of Higher Education in Cameroon. It combines foundational theory with practical, industry-relevant skills to prepare students for employment or further study.

National examinations for HND MEM are organised by the National Commission for the Organisation of the Higher National Diploma Exam.
